The premise of our detailed home inspection is to identify any evidence of defects within specific systems and components.  We travel deeper into the home than what is required by the statewide inspection standard. 

The general home inspection is based on observations made on the date of the inspection and not a prediction of future conditions.  Any deficiencies noted will be evaluated and thoroughly discussed with our clients. The areas covered in our detailed home inspection are as follows:

Exterior • Site • Structure • Insulation & Ventilation • Roof • Foundation • Windows and Doors • Attic • Electrical • Plumbing • Heating & Cooling • Appliances • Fireplace (if applicable) • Garage • Interior

Permitting records and building documentation will be researched by your licensed PCS home inspector.  If any scope of work within the structure cannot be identified, we will ask the current owner/realtor to assist in the disclosure of these items. 

Our carefully written reports will be delivered via email within 24 hours after the home inspection is complete.
